The trailer for the upcoming episode of the comedy sketch streaming series The Great Indian Kapil Show was released on Wednesday, teasing an entertaining mix of humour and surprising insights from Bollywood sisters Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
In the trailer, Kareena shares a significant revelation about her sister in response to a question about Karisma’s first crush in the film industry.
Kareena quickly responded, “I think, Salman Khan,” which left her sister shocked and gasping.
Karisma and Salman have worked together on several films in the 1990s, including Judwaa, Andaz Apna Apna, Biwi No. 1, Dulhan Hum Le Jaayenge, Chal Mere Bhai, and Hum Saath Saath Hain.
They have given many superhit songs and their pair was one of the movies loved during the 90s. The duo are still best friends with each other and share a great bond. Salman simply adores Karisma Kapoor who he fondly calls Lolo.
In another part of the episode, Kareena shared that she was the one who confessed her love for her husband, Saif Ali Khan, first. She even encouraged him to get a tattoo of her name on his forearm.
Karisma also mentioned that there have been numerous occasions when she recommended movies to her sister, only for Kareena to be disappointed after watching them because they were simply unbearable.
At one point during the show, actor-comedian Krushna Abhishek dressed up as his uncle, Govinda, who recently sustained a bullet injury to his leg. While talking with Krushna, Karisma revealed that she used to film songs with Govinda in just one day to keep the shooting costs down.
