Amitabh Bachchan’s Letter To Nimrat Kaur Amid Abhishek And Aishwarya’s Divorce Buzz, ‘We Have…’

Amid the ongoing controversy about Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai’s marital issues, an old letter written by Amitabh Bachchan for Nimrat Kaur resurfaced.

Once the power couple of the glamour world, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai are leading the headlines every other day as it is widely speculated that the couple is heading for divorce.

The duo got married in 2007 and embraced parenthood in 2011. However, the changing dynamics in the Bachchan family gave rise to many speculations about trouble in Abhishek and Aishwarya’s paradise.

During an interview with Faridoon Shahryar, Nimrat and Abhishek spoke about marriages. When the interviewer praised Abhishek for having been with Aishwarya for 15 years.

All of a sudden, Nimrat looked at Abhishek and commented, ‘Marriage don’t last that long’, to which Abhishek playfully responded with ‘Thanks’.

There has been a lot of noise around Nimrat and Abhishek’s affair. Amid the ongoing speculations, a letter written by Amitabh Bachchan to Nimrat resurfaced.

The letter in question is from 2022 when the veteran actor praised Nimrat for her effortless performance in Dasvi. Delighted to get a heartwarming letter from Mr Bachchan, Nimrat posted a picture of the same on her social media handle.

The picture featured a handwritten and signed letter from Amitabh Bachchan, which was also accompanied by a bouquet of flowers. In his note, Mr Bachchan wrote:

“We have hardly had any interactions or meetings. The last was a compliment I gave at an event at YRF—for the Cadbury ad. But your work in ‘Dasvi’ is exceptional—nuances, gestures, all! My deep admiration and congratulations. Love, Amitabh Bachchan.”

 

A source close to the Bachchan family reacted to the ongoing rumours about Abhishek and Nimrat

As the rumours about Abhishek and Nimrat made their way to the headlines, a close source from the Bachchan clan reacted and revealed how the family is affected by all the rumours. Talking about the same, the source mentioned:

“There is not an iota of truth to these rumours. We wonder why the lady (Kaur) has not issued a denial. Abhishek is keeping mum as there is already so much happening in his life at the moment. He has been advised to stay completely out of any controversy.”

Going further in the interaction, the source also stated that there is no truth in the rumours of Abhishek and Nimrat.

However, the source also gave a subtle hint about Abhishek and Aishwarya’s ongoing marital issues and said:

“Where and how did this rumour(of an affair) start? You should think about this. Abhishek is not the kind to cheat on his wife. He has been fully faithful to his wife throughout the marriage. Why would he suddenly take off at a tangent when the marriage is facing turbulent weather?”
