Ranveer Singh Talks About His Infinite Happiness After Daughter, Dua’s Birth, ‘Been On Daddy Duty..’

In his recent appearance, Ranveer Singh expressed his joy doing daddy duties and also talked about his current life with his daughter, Dua.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are on cloud nine. This is because, on September 8, 2024, they were blessed with a baby girl and the star couple named her Dua Padukone Singh.

Ranveer, known to keep his opinions on his sleeves, has always been expressive in front of the paps. It was on the night of November 15, 2024, when the actor, for the first time, publically spoke about being a new father, his experience and his life journey after the birth of Dua.

Ranveer Singh opens up on his daddy duties for the first time

A video shared by HT City which is currently doing rounds on social media where Ranveer Singh was seen on stage in his best. He expressed his overwhelming joy in being a father to Dua Padukone.

The actor was decked up in a black suit, teamed with a black blazer and spoke about his excitement as a new father.

He also spoke about feeling blessed to have a life partner like Deepika.

In Ranveer’s words:

“That infinite happiness that I am experiencing right now. Bro, I have been on daddy duty for a long time now. I am ready to let loose with you all. How are we feeling tonight? This life is a journey and a shared experience. There is nothing like it when you have a partner with you to share this journey, share this experience. So you know it is like aapko koi dukh hota hai, if you share it, woh dukh kum hoh jata hai. If you are happy kuch khushi milti hai aapko, if you share it woh dugni hoh jati hai. It is like magic.”

In an earlier video, Ranveer announced to the media immediately after the birth of his daughter, Dua Padukone. He had once met the paps and told them, ‘’Baap ban gaya re“.

His joy knew no bounds when he and his wife, Deepika, made their first public appearance after the birth of Dua. They were seen at an event organised by Nita Ambani and the Reliance Foundation.

The event was called ”United in Triumph” and celebrated India’s win in the Olympics and Paralympics. The actor, in his bulked-up look and his long tresses, reminded fans of his character, ‘Alauddin Khalji’ from Padmaavat.

After six years of marriage, Deepika and Ranveer were blessed with a little bundle of joy on September 8, 2024. The baby was born at HN Reliance Hospital, in Mumbai.

DP and Ranveer shared a joint Instagram post welcoming Dua and revealed her name’s meaning.

On the morning of November 8, 2024, Deepika and Ranveer were spotted at Kalina Airport with Dua Padukone Singh. This was the couple’s first public outing with their daughter. Ranveer was wearing a pink tracksuit and twinning with his daughter in her pink track pants. It looked like the couple went on a family vacation to an undisclosed location.
