In her post, Sonakshi stated, “Yes, I forgot who brought Sanjeevani Booti that day, but you seem to have forgotten Lord Ram’s teachings – that we should forgive. If Lord Ram could forgive Manthara, Kaikeyi, and even Ravan, you can let this go too. I don’t need your forgiveness, but you can choose to move forward.”

Sonakshi further addressed the remarks Mukesh Khanna made about her upbringing, adding, “You questioned my upbringing, but it is that very upbringing that allows me to respond to you with respect.”

Her father, Shatrughan Sinha, also weighed in on the matter, questioning Mukesh Khanna’s authority on religious issues. Shatrughan remarked, “Who made him the guardian of Hinduism?” This sharp response highlighted his disapproval of the unsolicited commentary on his daughter’s values.
