Abhishek Bachchan has been making headlines for his latest statement where he said making a big mistake amid divorce rumours with wife Aishwarya Rai.

'I made a big mistake...': Abhishek Bachchan makes shocking statement amid divorce rumours with Aishwarya Rai

Abhishek Bachchan, known for maintaining a balance between his professional and personal life, has recently found himself at the centre of rumours about his marriage with Aishwarya Rai. Speculations suggest that the actor is linked to his Dasvi co-star Nimrat Kaur.

Adding fuel to the fire, several of Abhishek’s statements during the promotion of his recent movie ‘I Want To Talk’ have been interpreted as hints about his personal life and marital issues. However, neither Abhishek nor Aishwarya has addressed or confirmed any trouble in their marriage, leaving the rumours unverified.

Following the release of I Want to Talk, Abhishek Bachchan has been receiving immense love from fans. In a recent interview with Galatta Plus, the actor opened up about a vulnerable moment in his life when he told his father, Amitabh Bachchan, that he might not be “meant for acting.”

Reflecting on his career of over two decades, Abhishek spoke about the challenging phase when his films failed repeatedly at the box office. “In a weaker moment, which I find embarrassing to think about now, I approached my dad and said, ‘We need to talk. I think I’ve made a big mistake,’” he shared.

Despite working with acclaimed directors and experimenting with different genres, success seemed elusive at the time. Abhishek admitted that he began doubting his abilities. “Maybe it’s time to be honest with myself and accept that I’m not cut out for this. I’m not good enough. I should find something else to do,” he said, recalling the emotional moment with a sigh.

Abhishek’s statement given in an interview went viral and netizens assumed he might be saying it for his relationship with Aishwarya Rai.

Amitabh Bachchan supported Abhishek Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan didn’t let the spark in his son Abhishek die and he boosted his morale like a true artist. In a whole-hearted blog post, Big B wrote, “Some films invite you to be entertained .. some films invite you to BE the film. I WANT TO TALK .. just does that .. it invites you to BE the film ..! It picks you up gently from your seat in the Theatre and places you, equally gently, inside the screen it is being projected upon .. and you watch its life floating by … No effort or chance of wanting to escape from it into …ESCAPISM ..and ..Abhishek .. you are not Abhishek .. you are ARJUN SEN of the film.”
