Dalljiet Kaur To Start A New Journey, Flies Out Of Mumbai With Son Amid Ugly Spat With Nikhil Patel

Amid her ugly legal battle with Nikhil Patel, Dalljiet Kaur confirmed embarking on a new journey on her professional front. She flew out of Mumbai with her son, Jaydon.

Popular television actress, Dalljiet Kaur has been helming the headlines ever since her ugly spat with her estranged husband, Nikhil Patel came to the forefront. It all started earlier in 2024 when she came to Mumbai with her son, Jaydon, just within a year of her wedding. For the uninitiated, Dalljiet got married to Nikhil in March 2023. A few months after she came back to India, she publicly disclosed Nikhil’s infidelity through her social media account.

Dalljiet Kaur embarks on a new chapter in her career

Dalljiet and Nikhil’s spat once again got ignited when the latter released a statement talking about his side of the story. However, amid the legal tussle, the actress has ventured on for a new beginning. She is trying her best to move on in her life with her son, Jaydon, and has flown out of Mumbai to embark on a new chapter in her career. While speaking to Times Now, Dalljiet shared that she is starting her own travel and food vlog.

The actress further mentioned that travelling gave her new hope, and due to it, she could come out of a really dark room. Dalljiet revealed that she was offered the opportunity a long time ago but wasn’t able to commit to it earlier. At present, as she’s living her life out of a suitcase, it’s the best time to make use of the opportunity. She was quoted as saying:

“Yes, I’m starting a new travel and food vlog. I felt that travel was the only way for me to finally step out of the darkroom I had been sitting in. Now it’s travel with work. I was approached for this long time back, but I wasn’t in the place to start something like this. Now that I am literally living out of a suitcase, I think it’s the best time to make use of the displacement. I don’t have a home, but now the world will be my home.”

Dalljiet Kaur shares she wants to find peace now

Furthermore, Dalljiet talked about how starting a travel and food vlog might be the beginning of her healing journey, and she might also find a bit of peace amidst the chaos. She also acknowledged her audience’s love for her and shared a teaching by the Indian philosopher, Osho. Dalljiet said:

“I will travel and explore and hopefully find my peace in this chaos on the way with the audience who have been pouring their love and constantly telling me to start healing. So I have finally accepted this offer and from now on I’ll travel and earn. Osho (Indian philosopher) says when there is chaos and sadness all around, that is the best time we are forced to look inward. I think it’s time for me to find the inner peace and get my son out of this and not let him see this wound forever.”

 

Dalljiet also mentioned a secret that she is deliberately keeping from her fans and well-wishers. While she did not share many details about it, the actress revealed that she started ‘something else’ five months ago and would announce it in about two months.

Amidst the never-ending vicious cycle of accusations, Dalljiet took to her Instagram account on August 14, 2024, and shared a picture with her son, Jaydon, whom she welcomed with her first husband, Shalin Bhanot. In the picture, the mother-son duo posed for a selfie. Sharing the picture, the actress penned that they were okay. Dalljiet wrote:

“We are Ok… Don’t worry guys. Sorry can’t answer everyone but just need to tell you all to keep us in your prayers. The worst is over.”

When Nikhil Patel released a statement, speaking about his side of the story

On August 13, 2024, Nikhil Patel finally broke his silence on the ongoing spat with Dalljiet. He mentioned that his marriage with the actress was not a ‘legal’ one as he wasn’t officially divorced from his first wife. Nikhil further disclosed that Dalljiet would verbally abuse him over calls. In the same statement, Nikhil shared that he tried reconciling with Dalljiet, but it did not produce any fruitful results.

After Nikhil’s statement, Dalljiet responded to the accusations and lashed out at him. She emphasised that she was ready to move on from her celebrity status and was happy to be a housewife and have other ways of earning money. Dalljiet also talked about her estranged husband’s alleged affairs and asked him to respond to the FIR she had lodged against him.
